Terms and Conditions

As a small business, we have some terms and conditions in place to allow us to operate well. We ask that you respect these conditions. Thank you so much, we truly appreciate it.

Policies

Late Policy 

‍If you're running late, please let us know ASAP. We do reserve the right to change the appointment time to fit the time remaining or decline the service altogether. It will cut your appointment time if we can still accommodate you. We will do everything in our power to still complete your appointment.

 

Cancel or No Show

Please note there is a 24 hour advance notice when cancelling appointments. Due to being appointment only, schedules are done in advance according to bookings each day. By giving advance notice you are giving other clients the opportunity to book that time slot.

If you cancel a tanning appt. less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged $25.

If you cancel a perm. jewelry appt. less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged $35.

If you are a no show for ANY appointment, you will be charged the full amount. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Event and Party Policy and Mobile Policy
Please note that we will only do mobile services for a minimum of 5 people! We do require a deposit of $25 per person required. Our cancellation policy applies to all party appointments scheduled starting at the time of the first appointment. If canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of the first appointment, 50% of the whole party will be charged. If canceling/rescheduling EIGHT (8) hours before the first appointment, 100% of all appointments in the party will be charged.​

A traveling fee may be applied depending on the distance of the event.

Prices Subject to Change

‍Please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. ​

Service Policy

‍If you are dissatisfied with any service, please let us know ASAP. The sooner we know, the better. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so we can visually inspect our work. At that time, adjustments are available at no cost within 24 hours of the initial service with your original service provider.

Tanning Clothing Policy

Ladies, you are welcome to wear as little or as much as you are comfortable wearing - just keep unwanted tan lines in mind! Gentlemen, we require that you wear underwear or swim trunks.

Gratuity

Due to high credit card processing fees, we appreciate cash gratuity for our staff.

REFUNDS on any service, product and package

All products and packages are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the results of your service and have received a redo and are still not satisfied, management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund you.
